Ingredients

200 grams flax seed

200 grams pumpkin seed

200 grams sesame seed

200 grams sunflower seed

Method

  1. In a dry skillet or pan, lightly toast each type of seed separately over medium heat for 3–4 minutes, stirring often, until they release a gentle nutty aroma. (Be careful not to burn them.)

  2. Let the seeds cool completely.

  3. Combine all toasted seeds in a blender, spice grinder, or food processor and grind into a fine powder.

  4. Store the powder in an airtight glass jar in a cool, dry place.
